  5.   The proper basic strategy chart is
  6.   loaded from your disk into the computer
  7.   everytime a rule setting is changed.
  8.  
  9.   These charts will dictate all plays made
  10.   by the Basic Strategy players.

  12.   The following logic flow is followed by
  13.   every Basic Strategy player:

  15.      Check Surrender Chart.
  16.      If NOT SURRENDER then Check Split Chart.
  17.      If NOT SPLIT then Check Soft or Hard Double Down Chart(s).
  18.      If NOT DOUBLE then Check Soft or Hard Hit/Stand Chart(s).

  20.      If a rule is not allowed, then the chart is skipped.

  22.   If you are learning/playing Basic Strategy yourself, this
  23.   same logic flow should be followed.

  30.   This enables you to control 2 entirely
  31.   different count systems.

  33.   They can be compared against each other
  34.   or Basic Strategy by running them in the
  35.   simulator.

  37.   All betting configurations, insurance options,
  38.   point values, and play options can be
  39.   edited to simulate most count systems, or for
  40.   the purpose of creating your own system.

  42.   The logic flow followed is the same as Basic
  43.   Strategy except insurance is checked first
  44.   when the dealer up card is an ACE.
